  • Unwind and gain clarity: Explore your thoughts and feelings through guided journaling exercises.

  • Reduce stress and improve well-being: Learn basic mindfulness techniques and yoga poses to promote relaxation and regulation.

      THE STUDIO

      Our time together is a mixture of a sharing circle, individual journaling time, and gentle yoga. But most of all, it’s about creating connection to yourself and those around you by using mindfulness strategies like direct communication, listening, gratitude, and letting go of what’s out of your control.
