Group Sessions

All sessions are conducted virtually.

Group sessions help employees retrain their brain using mindful communication practices so they can learn to navigate difficult conversations and create space to respond instead of react to daily work-related stress. Receive customized content based on group needs to connect more and stress less.

Yoga Sessions

All sessions are conducted virtually.

Individual or Group Yoga can help incorporate more movement to help balance the ups and downs of life, reduce stress, anxiety, physical and mental fatigue. Beginner friendly for bodies of all ages, shapes, genders, and flexibility level.
